Rent moves through us, not around us. Landlords get clean payouts, tenants get instant receipts, and nobody has to chase anybody.
Simple by default
Invoicing, collection, commission and payouts happen on their own. What used to take spreadsheets and reminders just runs.

We started with rent, but a home needs more. Our app puts everyday help a tap away for renters.
Fair by design
Commission is taken only from rent; late fees flow fully to the landlord. The rules are simple and enforced by the system.
